About SRTTS

One place for student service requests at ISU Cauayan.

Purpose

SRTTS replaces scattered messages and paper follow-ups with a single, traceable record for every request. Each ticket keeps its status, staff replies and history, so students always know where a request stands and offices can respond in an organized way.

Who it serves

  • Students submit and track requests.
  • Staff review and resolve assigned tickets.
  • Administrators manage users, reports and system records.
